As the Partner Account Manager at Luna, you will:
● Be responsible for partnership growth within the assigned regions covering New York, CT Boston, 70% of time in NYC. Forecast and track monthly and quarterly goals.
● Collaborate and communicate effectively with Luna Partner Success to launch new partnerships and execute partner implementation activities.
● Develop relationships with physicians, case managers, and staff to assist in the launch and growth of partnerships. The Regional PAM will take a proactive approach to build programs and initiatives that drive value and achieve referral goals.
● Work closely with the account champion, leadership team, and staff at partner accounts to ensure satisfaction with services. Escalate and facilitate the resolution of issues with internal and external teams.
● Conduct regular business reviews with executives, clinical service line leaders, and key physicians to review performance and areas of opportunity.● Work closely with PRM partner to ensure physician referrals are prioritized and followed up on regularly.
● Encourage physicians and their team to refer patients to Luna by creating trust and belief in the
Luna model, and providing excellent customer service.
● Create regional programs to achieve partner objectives. This might include assisting internal teams with therapist recruitment events and creating physician opportunities to educate the patient and PT community on the value of physical therapy and Luna.
● Schedule and perform virtual and in-person briefings with physician teams.
● Analyze regional data and innovate new processes to increase patient volume.
● Maintain CRM data in an orderly, comprehensive way to remain organized and knowledgeable of all working relationships and necessary follow-up communications.
● Collaborate effectively and openly with Luna employees, specifically the internal key stakeholders partnered with you, and contribute respectfully, professionally, and kindly to the
Luna team.
● Attend regional conferences as needed.
● Meet or exceed monthly productivity and results-based goals.
Salary: $90k-$105k per year plus variable bonus

    • Must be based in New York.
    • Minimum 10+ years of healthcare sales/account management experience, including sales, project management, strategic planning, and implementation of broad initiatives.
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Minimum level of Education- Bachelor’s degree
    • Referral Service Business Development: 3 years (Required)
    • Able to travel within the assigned region as customer needs dictate. Expected 50% of the time.
    • Ability to use G Suite, CRM (preferably HubSpot)
    • Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Must provide their own vehicle, however, mileage reimbursement will be covered.
    • Positive, competitive, self-starter with an ability to manage a high-growth territory.
    • Physical Therapy Business Development: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Work Location: On the road
$90 – $105 a year
