Remote Work From Home – Customer Service Representative ($12.00 / hour)

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally
  • Gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services thoroughly and efficiently
  • Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
  • Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics

Requirements

  • 6 months of experience in customer service required, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
  • Ability to pass all skill assessments, including demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
  • Must have a stable work history and meet all attendance and dependability requirements
  • Be a team player and have strong decision-making and analytical abilities
  • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
  • Accept and embrace changes within the current business environment
  • Referral bonus for all employees, equating to up to $400 in earnings potential. Salary is $12/hr in training and $13/hr in production. We also offer medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits as well as earned PTO.
