- Develop and execute a strategic territory and account plan to identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, account planning, and relationship development.
- Own the full sales cycle for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Experience, and Contact Center organizations.
- Lead executive-level conversations by presenting compelling business cases, leveraging ROI analyses.
- Apply disciplined sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Partner closely with various teams such as Solutions Consulting, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to influence product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic partners to expand market reach.
Experience
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Success selling into large enterprise organizations within SaaS, BPO, customer experience, contact center, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Expertise in value-based and consultative selling, navigating complex buying committees, building business cases.
- Strong command of English for effective communication with customers and global teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology, digital transformation, and AI and automation trends.
- Ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales opportunities with accurate forecasting and CRM management.
- Familiarity with the Asia Pacific business landscape, including regional market dynamics and enterprise procurement processes.
Salary and Perks
Pay range: $110K – $120K
