All submissions are manually reviewed. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may request additional verification.
Post a Job — Submission Rules
Every job must be legitimate, remote-friendly, and accurately described.
Only remote or hybrid-remote roles allowed. No on-site only, no pay-to-apply, no crypto MLM or pyramid schemes.
Provide accurate salary range (or at least bracket), job type, and location policy. Fake salary = removal + ban.
You must be authorized to hire for this role. Recruiters must disclose if hiring on behalf of client.
Job description minimum 100 characters. No discriminatory language. We may edit title for clarity.
Jobs expire after 30 days. We reserve right to remove outdated or duplicate listings without notice.
Submit Company — Verification Rules
Company profiles build trust. Transparency is mandatory.
Company must have active website + official domain email. Gmail/Yahoo not accepted for verification.
Company Type, Company Size, Benefits & Perks, Social Links must be accurate. False info = permanent delisting.
Logo must be owned by you, high-res, no trademark infringement. No stock logos.
About Company minimum 50 characters, original content. We verify within 24-48h via LinkedIn & website.
You grant us license to display profile. We may edit categories and formatting for consistency.
Submit Article — Editorial Policy
Practical insights for remote workers and distributed teams.
Original content only. Minimum 400 words. No plagiarism, AI-spun, or copy-paste. We check with Copyscape.
Topics: remote work, hiring, culture, productivity, tools. No promotional advertorials or link farms.
One/Two do-follow link allowed. No gambling, adult, pharma links. Images must have rights.
We may edit headline, SEO, and internal links. You retain ownership but grant us non-exclusive publishing rights.
Author must be real person with verifiable expertise. We may request LinkedIn.
General Conduct
Do not submit unlawful, harassing, hateful, or confidential information. Do not scrape or spam platform.
You are responsible for legality of your content. Accounts violating terms will be suspended.
Report fake jobs/companies to support@tarauli.com — we review within 48h.

Tarauli is a directory, not employer. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes or job authenticity beyond basic checks.
Service is provided "as is". Liability limited to amount paid for submission in last 3 months.
