Hi, we’re CompanyCam.
We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.
But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!
The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to manage and optimize the systems that power our go-to-market (GTM) organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce administration experience who enjoys keeping systems running smoothly, supporting the people who use them, and turning data into insight.
You’ll own the day-to-day health of our core GTM platforms — configuring, troubleshooting, and improving them — while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to make sure our systems match how the business actually works.
You’ll be focused on system reliability, data integrity, and user enablement, ensuring our GTM tech stack stays aligned with business objectives and supports the company’s growth.
Location: This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and maintain core GTM systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement tools) to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability
- Execute system updates, configurations, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs and improve user experience
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions and ensure operational continuity
- Maintain data integrity and governance across GTM platforms, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely data for stakeholders
- Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and data exports to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking
- Collaborate with RevOps and analytics teams to surface actionable insights from system data
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, resolving technical issues and fielding system-related inquiries
- Create and deliver onboarding and training materials to ensure users are proficient with GTM systems and aligned on best practices
- Gather user feedback to continuously improve system usability and adoption
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure GTM systems align with business goals and workflows
- Contribute to roadmap planning by providing technical insight on system capabilities and recommending improvements
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to support GTM innovation
The Impact You’ll Have
At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you’re writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We’re building something that helps real people solve real problems — and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:
- Keeping the GTM organization’s core systems reliable, performant, and aligned with business needs
- Improving data quality and reporting reliability across the customer lifecycle
- Enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to work more effectively through strong system support and training
- Surfacing insights that inform strategic decision-making across GTM and Revenue Operations
- Helping CompanyCam scale its GTM infrastructure as the business grows
What You’ll Bring
Required
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools, and reporting software
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn system data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving ability, with experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification or similar
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) or specialized training in systems administration
- Experience supporting SaaS go-to-market organizations
